Pre-sales advice

Provide correct content of PSD / CDR / AI and other LOGO original files, product pictures, size and quantity information need leave us a message. And inform the design requirements, because it is a customized product, direct orders cannot be produced.

Deposit and finalize design template

After confirming the quotation, if you need layout design, please arrange payment first, or pay 50% deposit, because there are many customers who need to typeset, but there are many people who do not production products after typesetting. So we need to receive the deposit. The deposit directly mortgages the payment.

Typographic design

After confirming the design draft, please pay and confirm the production process, quantity and other requirements previously negotiated with the customer. And confirm that the design is accurate, our factory will start producing color printed content.

Production

After the production starts, no more changes to the order will be accepted, the quantity and process are different, the production timeline are also different, please consult the customer service for specific consultation, generally 7-15 working days. (Customized products cannot be sold for the second time, and be handled carefully)

Settle the balance and delivery

After the production is completed, our factory will ship products directly, if there is a final payment, you need to pay it. We usually ship mass productions by sea, samples are sent by express, if you need other delivery methods, please contact customer service.

About the product

The product needs to be customized in batches, and the spot is not provided; the unit price of the product has a great relationship with the number of products. Please pay attention to the specifics. If the buyer has high requirements for details such as printing and paper, it is recommended to confirm the physical sample in advance;

About color

As for paper material of every batch 、printing envelopement and printing time are not totally same for customized products, contracting parties will bear ±5% range color diffirence , hope all customers understand. There are no totally same items in the world. If you are very sensitive about the color to be 100% same as sample, pls be cautious to place the order to avoid loss both sides . Seller will not be responsible to the ±5% range color diffirence.

Because every computer display screen differs ,maybe the real paper print color is not same as customer 's supposition , If customers donnot have real samples to follow , we will not accecpt any complaints .

About printing

The content of the color box text is provided and proofread by the buyer. If there is a mistake in the text, the responsibility is borne by the buyer; if we need to design and typeset and confirm the order, we design it for free, please leave a message for details

About Logistics

Generally, large items are shipped by sea, and samples are delivery by express.

About after sales

Due to personalized customized products, non-product quality problems, return processing is not accepted, thank you for your cooperation; if it is a mistake on our side, resulting in damage to your rights and interests, we will give a mutually acceptable according to the existing situation Reasonable solutions.
